Reserve conference rooms and other venues for such encounters Arrange group visits to museums and other sites (e.g. galleries, cultural centers, artists' studios) Arrange for guided visits of Paris around specific interests. In addition, we propose unpaid internships for students who wish to utilize and strengthen their research and writing skills by creating self-guided itineraries on a subject of their choosing. The objective is to create a walk that brings the chosen subject alive for students or others who might follow the itinerary. Interns interact with Discover Paris! staff on a weekly basis to ask questions and discuss their progress. Examples of previously submitted itineraries are: Montmartre - from Place Pigalle to Sacré Coeur Paris as represented in American film An "off-the-beaten-path" walk through the 15th arrondissement, ending with a visit to Les Invalides.
